Bogaro & Clemente was established on 1986 by Vittorio Clemente and Edi Bogaro. They work in the stringed instrument field, producing accessories for bows and bowed instruments. Bogaro & Clemente is unique in that all of their products are handcrafted from primary materials such as exotic woods, mother-of-pearl, gold, and silver, in their workshop in North Eastern Italy. The flexibility made possible by this approach means that they are able to produce any type of accessory in different shapes and forms.
In addition, they produce small tools for violin and bow makers. Most recently they began producing a small violin-shaped box from root of tuja wood, with the precise, to-scale shape of Stradivarius's famed interior form. These boxes contain their own high-quality rosin, which is based on an old Italian recipe. Finally, Bogaro & Clemente offers a variety of stringed instrument accessories from the most reputable firms, along with a wide range of student bows.

The rosin box is a to-scale replica of Stradivari's famous interior form. Like all Bogaro & Clemente products, the box is milled and hand-finished in their workshop and is available in root of tuja. They produce rosin themselves based on an old Italian recipe. There is one recipe for violin/viola (light) and another for cello (dark) and their quality is excellent.
